Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Time

We will process your order and ship it immediately on the same day you place the order, but we need to send the goods from our warehouse to our forwarder first, so you will get the international tracking number 3 to 5 working days after you place the order.

Please remember that if you have any questions / concerns about your order, there may be delays, but please be assured that our staff will contact you as soon as possible to expedite your shipment. We reserve up to two business days of order processing time to ensure that your order is shipped correctly (and completely).

If you believe that the package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

What kind of "questions / concerns" might delay your order?

  • If we are unable to verify your receiving address.
  • The goods you choose are sold out before we can fulfill your order. In this case, our staff will contact you immediately to resolve the issue with you and speed up your order in a timely manner.
  • Express is detained at the destination. Customs requires the sender and recipient to provide certificate of origin / quota / specification invoice and other customs clearance information, in this case, please communicate with us in time to solve the problem as soon as possible.
  • Lost or damaged goods. When the goods are lost, we need to discuss with the courier company, so will delay the receipt time; If the goods are found to have been damaged by a broken outer packaging upon receipt, please contact us within immediately.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact www.fanocare.net as soon as possible. We can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order's establishment and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If you exceed 24 hours you will be responsible for some shipping costs.
