If the product you purchase has become defective within 30 days, you may return the product to us, we will replace, exchange or refund the money to you.
We will not accept returns if the following situations cause product damage.
Failure caused by customer incorrect operation.
Damage caused by customer removes, repair or modification the product.
Product information is incomplete, such as the information sticker on the controller or the mat was removed, damaged or modified.
Due to force majeure factors (e.g. fire, earthquake, ice, lightning, flood, etc.) caused by the failure and damage.
Using other mismatched power supply, model switch, third-party switch plug caused by the mat, switch original damage and other failures.
Please do not tape or write anything on the product or package.
After we received your return, we will comply with our return policy. We will process the refund as soon as possible. Please note that time for refund arrival depends on your bank or payment provider. All refunds will be refunded at the payment method.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for some reasons and the product you purchase is not defective or DOA, you can return it to us within 30 days with the original carton (including packaging, manual, controller, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping fee.
Please provide your order number to obtain your return authorization, and you will need to return the product within 7 business days of obtaining a refund authorization, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the authorization.
We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
